The Challenge We Address

Nigeria’s youth unemployment rate remains above 40%, with millions of talented young people lacking access to digital tools, training, and mentorship opportunities.

This gap contributes to rising poverty, migration pressure, and untapped potential among the most creative and energetic demographic in Africa. Traditional education systems often fail to provide the practical, market-relevant skills needed in today’s digital economy.

ITD Africa addresses this crisis by providing hands-on training, mentorship, funding, and connections to employment opportunities – transforming potential into tangible impact.
